Cerebra vascular accident is a very serious condition in which the brain is not receiving enough oxygen to function properly and often results in permanent serious complications and disability and is a common cause of death. These are the second leading cause of death in worldwide according to the American Heart Association.
A 46-year old male presented with complete paralysis after Cerebra vascular accident, CT scan showed 46x26 mm sized left haematoma of left lateral ventricle in brain. Examination demonstrated difficulty in tongue movement, chewing, sucking and loss of phonetic facial expressions and unable to move upper and lower limbs associated with uncontrolled urine & bowel sensations.
 After he discharged of the hospital management physiotherapy started. Study showed after 20-days physio & speech therapy treatment the patient’s condition has been changed dramatically.

A paralytic condition that had not start physiotherapy treatment by the day15 after the first day of CVA, need to start physiotherapy treatment as soon as possible for prevent permanent lesion of the patient condition.
