What is frozen shoulder?
Frozen shoulder is a painful condition that affects the range of movement of the shoulder joint. Frozen shoulder is common disorder that causes pain, stiffness and loss of normal range of motion in shoulder joint. It can be serious conditions, if it is not treated early and effected mainly by the age of 40 to 60 women more then man. Actual causes not known but an inflammatory pross is still on going. Sometimes it occurs because of the shoulder joints has been immobilized for a long time by injury, surgery,or illness.

What are the Symptoms?
Constant stiffness and reduced range of movement are the main symptoms of this condition. The rigid Shoulder due to pain & stiffness. This condition can make the shoulders partially or completely rigid mobilization. It is commonly seen in patients between 40 to 60 years of age group. An X-ray finding is recommended in case you’re not able to move your shoulder. MRI scans may be needed to detect inflammation and formation of scar tissue.
What is the Cause of frozen shoulder?
The exact cause of this condition is still not known. The process usually begins with an injury or inflammation of the soft tissue in shoulder joint, such as bursitis or tendinitis, that is why the hummrus bone has reduce space to move and the joint may lose its lubricating.
 However, it is thought that certain situations make the fibers in the shoulder joint susceptible to damage and develop into scar tissues. These painful shoulder joint slowly starts deteriorating over a period of time.
