The Difference between general exercise &
Therapeutic Exercise..
General
freehand exercises are
used in overall body conditioning, the general exercises focused on helping people due to their
fitness and modify risk factors to improve their health, prevent disease and
improving athletic performance. General free hand exercises to develop energies
and to perform increasing muscles volume. Through this exercises the
development of the physical abilities that are specific sports contest method.
Other hand
Therapeutic exercise involves instructing a patient done by specific
exercises to improve weakness or to improve loss of joint mobility due to
disease or injury. These exercises are not typically functional tasks. For
example, after a hip fracture, a person typically has difficulty lifting the
injured leg. Therapeutic exercises are performed to rejuvenate strength of the
leg. Therapeutic exercises are
also applied to improve muscles function. Squatting exercise continue to
improve leg strength while practicing a daily task.
Another example, after shoulder surgery, movement of the arm is often strictly
limited for a period of time to protect the repair. If therapeutic exercises
begin early -- usually passive exercise the rehabilitation process to keep the
joint from getting relaxed. Actively hand raising, pushing and pulling exercise are used
to reeducate shoulder function.
Isometric
contraction exercise
Isometric
exercises involve contracting a muscle for a limited amount of time. There is
not usually applicable for the muscle building, and during this time joints do
not move. One Example of isometric exercises ..., rising with your hands
against a wall, push on it for 10 counts at a time or holding a weight for 30
seconds. These types of exercises are not the most effective for strength gains,
but they are helpful, if your joints are injured or have aggravated by
movement.
Dynamic
exercise
Dynamic
exercises involve concentric and eccentric contractions. For example, when you
perform a biceps curl, the action of curling the weight up is the concentric
motion. Concentric action occurs as a muscle contraction and generates force
against a load to move it.
The
eccentric portion occurs when the weight is relaxed down. To perform the
concentric and eccentric movements of dynamic exercises are muscles must be
able to generate enough force to overcome the resistance to move the weight.
What are the different between physical trainer and
